Loved the fact that the place was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and plenty of games along with 3 televisions. Ryan was an excellent host, who responds very quickly for any needs I may have had. His property is situated in a very nice area with a beautiful creek running through his backyard. Great experience.

Ryan’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of five and our dog. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our short weekend getaway. The couch was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process. Our group had an amazing stay at this Mammoth condo. The space was clean, beautifully put together, and incredibly functional for a larger group. What we loved: Kitchen utility: Fully stocked with plenty of dishes, plates, and silverware for everyone. Smart layout: Outlets were perfectly placed exactly where you needed them. Bathrooms were easily accessible from any area. Sleeping setups: The bunk beds are definitely for children (we are a tall family). Includes a high-quality air mattress and crisp, clean sheets. Pristine condition: The entire condo was clean and well-maintained. Responsive host: Ryan was always available to answer questions and got back to messages quickly - very helpful. He also honored a lower price on his posting for having a pet present. Class act. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Mammoth with a family or group. We would absolutely stay here again!

Ryan’s place is great. Pet friendly, well equipped, modern and clean! They even supplied dog bowls if needed which is very thoughtful. Thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony among the trees. Great amenities, pool, hot tub, and sauna! Only small downfall was we visited during the peak of summer and upstairs where both bedrooms are located stayed pretty warm, making it a bit uncomfortable for some of us to sleep after a long day outdoors. Not completely certain if the home is temperature regulated or not. We would definitely choose to stay here again during the winter season.

The location is ideal! We loved being 2-3 min walk from the Athletic Club and the excellent, family-friendly restaurant inside- All American Dave's. We bought passes to the Athletic Club and really enjoyed being near the pool & restaurant. The creek in the backyard was magical and perfect for soaking feet in after a long hike. We kept the back door open all the time to hear the creek. It felt like being in a treehouse up on the second floor with the Aspen trees quaking right outside. Everything inside was tidy and nice and we had what we needed in terms of linens & essentials. It was a very quick trip to the store for whatever items we needed to pick up. The beds were comfy and our 5 year old loved the bunk bed. One point of preference to note- the big couch in the living room is an extremely soft / sinky couch. Perfect for those that like that style, but not ideal if that's not your style. If you prefer something with firmness, there is a single chair or the dining table to sit at.

Ryan was amazing. We had a few little issues with work going on at the condo, but he was top notch! The condo itself is lovely, perfectly situated near town and near the ski lift. The bathrooms, hallway and kitchen are dated and need paint and updating. The fireplace is gorgeous. It has a garage which is so helpful, fyi the garage door does not lock. We loved the area and location.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. The only thing I would note is that the condo gets a bit warm in the summer. The windows are all on one side of the building limiting any cross breeze, so while it cools off at night, the temp inside upstairs never changed by much.

We absolutely loved this place! We did a stopover in Mammoth during our family road trip and Ryan’s place couldn’t have been more perfect. The views from the windows and balcony were beautiful, the large family room and dinning room set up were nice to come back to after a long fun day in Yosemite National Park (only about 45 mins away by the way) - played board games and watched the World Cup highlights! Go Brazil! :) The place was incredibly clean, furniture + beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need - I made my famous bacon and egg sandwiches in the morning. And their check in/ out process was easy peasy! Ryan was a great communicator also. We had a couple questions about the really nice fire place in the living room and responded within minutes. Ryan’s place is close to all the various downtown spots. It was the five of us plus our pup. I highly recommend Ryan’s place if you’re thinking a stopover in Mammoth! We’ll certainly book here again!

We had a great stay at Ryan’s condo! The location is perfect. It is walkable to the restaurants and shops in the Village, and was a good home base for all of our adventures. The decor is updated and well done, and the check-in instructions and house manual were clear and thorough. For anyone with mobility issues, I will say that there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit and more stairs in the condo. Also, the garage door must be opened and closed manually. This info is described in the listing, so it was not a surprise and did not bother us, but if you have any physical limitations you will want to consider this. Otherwise, I definitely recommend staying here!

Had a great time! The place is as described and had everything we needed. It was just two of us but would’ve been a lot of fun with a group of friends. The parking is super easy and the apt is also close to the pool and hot tub, so that’s a plus. Ryan is also the most responsive host I’ve had. Will be back!

Ryan's place was as described, plenty of space, everything we needed. He was easy to communicate with and he helped remedy a few glitches we had upon arrival. Location was convenient to town and Spring skiing at the Mill and Main lodge. He was good enough to mail back a first aid kit I left in the unit. One issue that was not communicated to us beforehand was that there was ongoing construction right outside our windows as they were replacing the condo siding on the buildings across from us. We didn't discover this until the day after we arrived and came back from skiing. Genie lift and construction workers hammering and sawing from 8am- 4 sometimes 5 pm M-F. We couldn't relax amongst the trees in peace inside or on the deck until our last day Saturday. Disappointing, but still had a fun trip. Don't forget to visit Willy's Hot Springs and Hot Creek for great views and a dip after skiing.

The condo was immaculate and very comfortable, with the mountain vibe. Kitchen was well appointed with lots of dishes and silverware, bakeware, multiple pots and pans, spices, even laundry detergent for laundry down the hall. Bed and bedding were very comfortable! Towels were plush. The only thing I wish we had access to was a closet--all were locked. I think it's helpful to know that the 2 bedrooms are downstairs with one bath down. The other bathroom is on the main level with the living room and kitchen. Great place to stay!

My group stayed here for a weekend snowboarding trip and felt right at home. All the amenities listed were available and the place was super clean! Parking was extremely easy to find for multiple cars, which can be an issue for some stays in Mammoth. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

I’m very fortunate to be able to say that throughout all my stays on air bnb I seem to always experience a wonderful host. Ryan doesn’t disappoint in the slightest. Very responsive, communicative, helpful, and accommodating. To top it off the place is wonderful. The best part is you are so close to the canyon lift that if needed to you could walk there in about 5 mins or less and walk back to the place after a great day out on the mountain. If the lift isnt open there is still a bus that will pick you up and drop you off right at the bottom of the complex’s entrance. (Green line) With all that said its hard to ask for a better host because one can only do so much, and Ryan will certainly do his best to make you feel at home. Place is clean, welcoming and easy to access. With all these pros there surely is a con, right? Well yes, but the only con I can think of is you’ll have to walk up a couple flights of stairs to get to the room. But we all could probably use the exercise anyways.

Great little condo for a ski trip. We stayed at Ryan’s place with our dog. Ryan is very responsive and accommodating, including last minute date change. The whole process is very smooth. The final quote during booking is the full price, including the pet fee. Also, place is exactly as shown, very clean. We had a great time here and would love to come back in the future.
